AP Government Scholars~ Great start with the first round of Current Event Summaries on our class blog. Please keep a couple of things in mind as we enter into our second round.
1) Your topic selection needs to be timely (within the past 7 days) and relevant to regional, national, or global politics, economics, legal issues, domestic or foreign policy,
and global relations. Avoid the fluffy or the random crime stories. You may follow up on a topic already presented as long as you have addition information to present.
2) These summaries are need to be in your own words. Be careful and adhere to our anti-plagiarism guidelines.
3) You MUST cite your source of information. I will be checking your sources periodically to insure you are submitting your own work. This will also allow other students to
delve more deeply into your topic or verify your information.
